Vince is an incredibly experienced leader with over 25 years of retail and sales leadership.

Currently, Vince is Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Home Specialty & Flooring businesses for Home & Auto. Primary responsibilities include focusing on supporting the growth ambitions of over 30,000 Home Improvement and Flooring partners throughout the United States.

Prior to his current role, Vince was the Senior Vice President, Merchant Experience and Salesforce Effectiveness for Synchrony. Primary responsibilities included creating frictionless experiences for Synchrony's small and medium businesses across multiple business platforms.

Vince attended Purdue University and University of Texas, with a dual major in Philosophy and Economics.

Vince is married and has a family of 4 children. He currently resides in Frisco, TX.
