Greg Harth

President, Harth Builders

Harth earned his B.S in Civil Engineering at the University of Delaware in 1996, and shortly thereafter moved to Colorado where he entered the heavy civil construction industry. In 2003, he returned home to join Harth Builders as a partner alongside his father, who founded the company. He officially took over ownership of the company in 2008. Over the course of 20 years, Harth increased the company's annual revenue to more than $28 million while maintaining net profitability. He holds Master Certified Remodeler (MCR) and Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler (CKBR) certifications by NARI and is also an Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS).
