Craig is the Sales Manager and Owner of Almar Building and Remodeling, a leading residential home remodeler in the Boston Metro Area. He co-hosts the "Married With A Business" podcast with his wife, Allison. Over the past 20 years, Craig and Allison have grown Almar into a prominent Design-Build remodeling company. They have navigated the challenges of taking over a multigenerational business, updating a 50-year-old logo and branding, and fostering a strong company culture by implementing systems that involve team members at all levels in the hiring process.

Craig's background in broadcast communication and the entertainment industry has enabled him to develop a sales system that prioritizes client comfort and avoids high-pressure tactics. By focusing on the needs and lifestyles of homeowners, Almar builds transparency and trust with its clients, earning a reputation for repeat business and creating what they call the "Almar Family."
