Over the last three years, Connor helped create and grow IMPACT's membership community, IMPACT+, and now leads the sales team at IMPACT. In his role, Connor helps business leaders discover and understand the challenges that are preventing them from achieving their business goals, crafts a game plan for how to overcome those challenges, and guides them to take the actions they need to be successful. In his personal life, Connor is a family-focused, dog-loving athlete and just ran his first marathon in May. His favorite quote that he lives by is from Sir Ken Robinson: "If you're not prepared to be wrong, you'll never come up with anything original."
