Brian Elias is an unconventional entrepreneur who currently serves as the CEO of Refloor, Hunter Financial, and Don't Go. With over 35 years of experience in the home improvement industry, Elias has established a reputation of being dynamic and innovative in a space that is traditionally static. He has a get-it-done attitude to which he attributes his many successes in business. Beginning in 1988, Elias built 1-800-HANSONS into a nationally recognized home improvement and remodeling company. He did it ‘from the ground up’ by knocking on doors to find his first customers. After growing Hansons into an $80 million business he sold the company to a private equity firm. Elias is also known as a mentor and coach. He enjoys helping others grow both professionally and personally, often mentoring entrepreneurs. He is a frequent speaker on a variety of topics from sales to marketing to entrepreneurship.
