Building A Small Projects Division from the Ground Up

In 2020, Harth Builders started a small projects division. The initiative saw enormous growth, with 2024 revenue budgeted for $3 million. Harth Home Services now accounts for more than 10% of Harth’s size overall with two salespeople dedicated to the division full time. In a case study-type presentation, Greg Harth will discuss how the small projects division integrates into the rest of the company, and why he had to rethink systems and processes several times. “It’s similar to building a new company,” he says. “We experienced the same growing pains as back in the beginning with Harth Builders.”
