With his in-depth background in all aspects of remodeling, Criner has a deep understanding of the industry. He served for ten years as production manager with Criner Remodeling before moving into sales and design in 2018. In 2021 he began the process of purchasing the company from his father, and assumed majority ownership in 2023. Throughout his career Criner has been committed to continuing education, enhancing workplace culture, and streamlining systems and processes. Most notably, he fully re-designed the company's estimating system which made it easier to train people to team members, as well as obtaining faster, and more accurate estimates.
